I had a wonderful stay at Joshua’s place. The space was exactly as pictured clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Joshua was an excellent communicator and made the check-in process incredibly easy. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

This was the perfect spot for our quick weekend trip to Indy for the Children’s Museum and IKEA! The location of this home made it easy for both! Joshua was super responsive and very helpful! The home was very nice and exactly why we needed!

Everything was very clean and easy to find/ use and the location wasn’t far from a number of restaurants and things to do in the area. Also really liked how the driveway in case you had multiple cars. Lots of space and comfortable. We will use again!

Josh was responsive and helpful to any qiestions we had. The place is close to downtown, and would be walkable if you're up for it! We will look for it for future trips to the area.

Amazing stay! The hot tub was a highlight and we appreciated how clean it was. Beds are comfy with soft linens and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans for our cooking needs. We would absolutely stay here again!

Joshua’s place was fantastic! My family felt right at home the moment we arrived. The house was spotless, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the convenient charging stations and cozy accent lighting. Joshua was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d definitely return the next time we’re in the area. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

We had a great stay! The house was super clean and we had no complaints or problems of any kind. Everything was exactly as described on the website and the pictures were all accurate. Joshua was very friendly and very quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was very nice and we felt right at home. Joshua communicated with us well ahead of our arrival to ensure we had all relevant information and to proactively answer any questions we had. Once we arrived, we did have a couple questions, which were always answered within minutes of our query. He was always friendly, informative and professional. He truly cares about his guests’ experiences, comfort and satisfaction. We will always strive to seek out homes managed by Joshua when we’ re visiting family in this area. He’s truly the best property manager/host we’ve encountered!

Beautiful home in a peaceful area. Felt right at home. The host Joshua was very communicative from booking all the way to check out. He check on our family everyday to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed. 10/10 I recommend! I would definitely rebook again no questions asked ! Joshua is incredibly responsive, regardless of the time of day. The house was spotless. I highly recommend him as a host; he was fantastic. My family and I felt right at home at Joshua’s place. If we ever visit the Westfield Indiana area again, I’ll definitely check out Joshua’s listings to see if he have any available accommodations. I give him a solid 10 out of 10.
