House was perfect for our big group. Josh was very helpful and responsive!! Plenty of room and felt like a real home away from home!! Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area

We had a great time! The space was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. He had a sheet that stated local events for the season we and it was fun to see what was happening around us!

Joshua was a wonderful host! He always responded very quickly and clearly to our questions. We were house hunting in Indy and the first AirBNB we rented turned out to be not at all as advertised and we had to find a new place quickly. Within an hour of us sending a reservation request to Joshua we were booked and told we could check in early. We really appreciated Joshua’s responsiveness. The house is newer and was very, very clean, appliances were newer and very nice, all furniture was newer and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The neighborhood is nice, peaceful and convenient. The fenced-in backyard was wonderful for our Golden Retriever. We hosted nine family members on Thanksgiving Day and had plenty of seating and room for everyone. We can highly recommend both this host and the property and would definitely stay there again! A very good experience all around!

The location is just beautiful…like a Hallmark movie set. The apartment was just as described and the bed was really comfortable. The only think to be aware of before staying is that the noise level at the bar below the apartment can get quite loud on Saturday nights. We sleep with a noise machine or music anyway so it wasn’t too bad but if you’re used to complete quiet, you might have trouble falling asleep before 2am. Otherwise, this place was just amazing!

This place was great for our large group! Joshua was very accommodating and even rotten an extra mattresses for the extra guests that we had at no extra expense! It was a phenomenal place and I will definitely be back when we come back for the National FFA Convention! Couldn’t have asked for better!

The apartment was great! It was super clean and right by everything we wanted to be close to. Joshua was very responsive and very helpful with everything! We really loved our stay here and if we ever need to be back in the future, we definitely will be!

Joshua’s place was perfect for our family gathering. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The little downstairs room with a pull out couch worked well for my 80 year old Aunt so she didn’t have to climb the stairs. The property had an outside table off of the kitchen with hanging lights for people who love to be outside as well as the front porch and the upstairs porch areas. I would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful and very well-equipped house. The beds are super comfortable. Everything in the house works perfectly. All furniture and dishes are in excellent condition, having been well-maintained and are nearly brand new. I highly recommend booking this place.
