We had a group of 25 or so that stayed at Joshua’s and had a great time. The added bunk room is a great value and allowed us to sleep comfortably and have a great weekend. The hot tub is huge! Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The new bunk room was amazing! The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was the perfect home base for our trip. Highly recommend!

Joshua’s listing was CLEAN and COMFORTABLE! Appreciated the updated appliances, bedding, and furniture!
Walkable to Fields Brewing, Four Fingers Distillery, Grand Junction Plaza, Asa Bales Park/trail, among other local spots. Once the large construction projects finish in downtown Westfield, there will be even more the area offers.
We were in town for a girls weekend to see a show at Fishers Event Center. The drive there was about 25 minutes. The center itself was just opened in late 2024 and was very nice. The traffic in and out was awful! It is surprising that they did not include additional entrance and exit areas or that they haven’t figured out how to move traffic in and out of there better. So, if you are in town for something there, make sure you allow for plenty of time for travel to your event!
This would be an IDEAL house and location if you are there for a tournament at Grand Park (one family or two families with 1-2 kids each).

Joshua was a great host from the get go. There was an issue with the initial payment that he quickly worked though to correct. The house was great and in a great location for our needs. During our stay, we had a few basic needs like the propane tank on the grill needing to be filled and some basic household items he quickly got taken care of for us.
I would definitely stay there again if I am in the Westfield area again and recommend staying here if you are in the area.

The home is very nice and clean! A perfect location for us playing at Grand Park. Joshua was very responsive and always ready to help if we needed anything. We had a very nice stay at this cozy home!

We were there for sports. Very close to the complex. Close to lots of restaurants, stores, ext.
House was perfect for our needs. Hope to stay here again next year.

Joshua was a great host. His place was exactly what we were looking for with four children. He was very responsive and made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend his place and would most definitely stay there again. We will be back.
