Please be aware of the garage as it is a 3 seasons room. In the summer it gets very warm at times and in the winter cold at times. There is no a/c or heat in the garage.

We had a great stay! The house was super clean and we had no complaints or problems of any kind. Everything was exactly as described on the website and the pictures were all accurate. Joshua was very friendly and very quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was very nice and we felt right at home. Joshua is incredibly responsive, regardless of the time of day. The house was spotless. I highly recommend him as a host; he was fantastic. My family and I felt right at home at Joshua’s place. If we ever visit the Westfield Indiana area again, I’ll definitely check out Joshua’s listings to see if he have any available accommodations. I give him a solid 10 out of 10.

The home was immaculate and perfect for our needs. Wonderful backyard for our lab. Josh's communication was A-1 and was immediately responsive, respectful and very helpful. All the comforts of home and very near Morse Reservoir which has a great park and swimming area. If you're planning to visit the Indy area, we couldn't recommend this home and Josh more highly.

Joshua was a wonderful host! He always responded very quickly and clearly to our questions. We were house hunting in Indy and the first AirBNB we rented turned out to be not at all as advertised and we had to find a new place quickly. Within an hour of us sending a reservation request to Joshua we were booked and told we could check in early. We really appreciated Joshua’s responsiveness. The house is newer and was very, very clean, appliances were newer and very nice, all furniture was newer and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The neighborhood is nice, peaceful and convenient. The fenced-in backyard was wonderful for our Golden Retriever. We hosted nine family members on Thanksgiving Day and had plenty of seating and room for everyone. We can highly recommend both this host and the property and would definitely stay there again! A very good experience all around!

This place was great for our large group! Joshua was very accommodating and even rotten an extra mattresses for the extra guests that we had at no extra expense! It was a phenomenal place and I will definitely be back when we come back for the National FFA Convention! Couldn’t have asked for better!
