Joshua’s place was perfect for our family gathering. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The little downstairs room with a pull out couch worked well for my 80 year old Aunt so she didn’t have to climb the stairs. The property had an outside table off of the kitchen with hanging lights for people who love to be outside as well as the front porch and the upstairs porch areas.
I would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful and very well-equipped house. The beds are super comfortable. Everything in the house works perfectly. All furniture and dishes are in excellent condition, having been well-maintained and are nearly brand new. I highly recommend booking this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house.
The kitchen is stocked well, the central air kept us so comfortable, the owner responded immediately to any questions we had and it is in a perfect location .
We will definitely book again sometime.

The house was in a perfect location, close to the water and a great bar/restaurant with lots to do.
Everything was exactly as described and even more than expected as it comes to cleanliness and quality of linens and fixtures.
Josh was an amazing host who was very fact to respond to any question we had.
As a group that comes to this area 3-4x/year, we have found a new spot that is close to Grand Park, but not near the traffic that area often has. We definitely will be checking this house out when we come back and plan on telling others in our group about this amazing spot.

Absolutely amazing . This was great place to stay .
We were here for baseball at Grand Park . The place was gorgeous and so new and clean . Very quiet and peaceful area with a little view of the lake . Highly recommend .
The host was awesome as well . Very responsive .
Walking distance to a cool boat house restaurant, Mexican , , pizza and ice cream . There are also other neat places in the little city that are walkable .the small city is very friendly .
