Loved staying here. The house is adorable and well equipped, with lots of fun little details. My kids danced and danced to the vintage Billy Bass decoration on the wall. We had a wonderful time and loved the easy access to fun things on the river. The house had many fun activities on site like balls, board games, and darts.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place felt very homey, and we loved the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the living room. It was also wonderful relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine while enjoying the peaceful river view.
Josh was excellent about responding quickly to any needs we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Joshua’s place was perfect for our stay while Bill was in a continuing education class for the week. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, nice deck and river view, homey and amusingly decorated. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the town of Noblesville during our free time. Thanks for a great place to call home for the week!

This is probably one of the best experiences I've ever had renting short-term housing. The house decor was incredible and unique, and the location perfect for us in a quiet neighborhood. We brought our family of five to the Riverwood Rest Stop to visit extended family before the holidays. This house was wonderful for our family, and was also great for us to host a couple family members for dinner during our stay. The location is fantastic and we could visualize ourselves staying here again, perhaps in the summer months when the weather is warm. Thankful to Josh and the team for being responsive and accomodating.
