This was a great place for our trip. The linens were clean and a nice quality. There were plenty of towels. The home was very clean and organized. We would stay here again.

Really great little spot in Noblesville, very convenient to Grand Park for a softball tournament, but also close to the reservoir and walkable to the little ice cream shop in town after games. Awesome location, perfect little house, and sweet town- 5 stars for sure!

Wonderful stay! Charming house that was pristinely cared for/clean. Josh was so attentive and accommodating. I will be sure to book a property through Josh next year when we return!

We came into town for a girls’ trip to experience the Peony Festival and were lucky enough to find Joshua’s Airbnb. The house was within walking distance to downtown which provided convenience and made the trip that much more enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything we anticipated. Unfortunately, bad storms rolled in on Friday evening, which caused the electricity to go out on our street for several hours. Joshua was very responsive during this time and even generously offered for us to stay another night, despite the circumstances being completely out of his control. We happily accepted the offer and enjoyed more time in Joshua’s place in Noblesville.

This is a great house to stay at. We felt right at home and were able to rest comfortably. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. Thank you Josh and Nicole for the excellent experience!
